You will discover timeless coastal décor, gifts from the sea and handmade crafts by local artists. We also feature a unique collection of driftwood trees, signs, shelves and furniture.
Maine Seagull Cottage in Rockland, Maine has been a popular destination for the locals and visitors from afar. One day while shopping, I learned that that the previous owners were considering closing the store to follow their dream of retiring down south.
In 2015, I joined Maine Seagull Cottage as the store manager and I loved it from the very start! In the fall of that same year, I was offered an opportunity to purchase the business. The rest is history and I began my journey as a small business owner.
Maine Seagull Cottage is my “happy place.” The shop has a peaceful, calm, and serene atmosphere that you feel when you walk through the front door. After 28 years of living on the coast of Maine, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. I want to offer a piece of Maine and coastal living at Maine Seagull Cottage and now in my second location, Maine Seaside Treasures. We will offer the same memorable experience that our customers have come to know and love in our Rockland shop.
